Nick Hodge didn’t take the usual path into real estate. He started as a telecom engineer, then ranaway to chase a circus career — training as a Cyr wheel specialist and eventually landing a multi-year headlining residency with Spiegelworld’s Opium at the Cosmopolitan, performing internationally along the way. Somewhere in between, he also picked up game development and AI engineering, because reinventing himself is sort of his thing.

That same drive led him to real estate: a way to build long-term stability and be present for the people who matter, without giving up the work he loves. Nick has lived all over the valley — Spring Valley, Enterprise, Southeast Vegas, Summerlin-adjacent neighborhoods — so when he talks about a neighborhood, he’s not reading from MLS data, he’s talking from experience. He works withbuyers and sellers across all of Clark County, teaching first and selling later.
